Believe it or not, your brain will release the feel-good hormone dopamine to your body as well. This will boost your mood and motivate you to keep going and push through any challenges you may face.
Making these changes will not happen overnight but if you’re patient and consistent, you will start to see and feel the difference. Soon enough, you’ll be back in the game of life feeling happier and more fulfilled than ever before!
