Today, I’ll share how to dress for Valentine’s Day if you don’t wear red. I have been known to wear all black majority of the time in my day to day life. There’s just something about dark hair and a black ensemble that is so chic. I don’t branch out much unless I’m trying a new product or have seen how good it looks on someone with similar features as me.
Add pop’s of color for Valentine’s Day
No matter what color you wear on a regular basis, I’ll show you how to incorporate some color! Stick to your normal style but add in a pop of a romantic color. Whether it’s blush, pink or mauve, you’re not limited to wearing only red! I chose to add hot pink Stuart Weitzman pumps to show my fashion love for Valentine’s Day! I’m a sucker for some heels! I love the element of fun these heels bring to my wear to work outfit.
You can also accomplish adding a pop of color but accessorizing! Add any type of jewelry like a fun bracelet or statement piece necklace. Or, add a fun bright love colored handbag you wouldn’t normally carry. You could also pamper yourself and get a pink manicure. The options are really endless for anyone to show their love without going full on red if they’re not used to it.
Don’t feel pressured to go out and buy a whole new outfit (unless you want to) just to play the part for one day. Add a pop of love color and go on with your bad self!
